Positioned on the second floor and with wonderful sea views, there's a balcony for taking in the ever-changing moods of the sky and water as well as two lovely bedrooms, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
A large entrance hall welcomes guests inside where a coast-inspired colour palette of whites and blues as well as lavish accents of brass and leather lend a breathy, away-from-it-all quality to the home. Glazed French doors invite the sea air in, with the sound of waves on the beach below creating an ambient soundtrack for lazy mornings spent relaxing on the patio; perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening G&T. In the living room, a sumptuous sofa and large-screen TV (complete with Netflix and Sky Stream with Sports, Disney Plus, Paramount Plus, Cinema and SkyKids) combine to create a dreamy place for winding down in after sun-splashed days on the beach or in the water, while both the apartment's inviting bedrooms offer superior mattresses and crisp linen to ensure that sleep is both deep and comfortable. A second set of French doors leading out to the balcony can be found in the master bedroom and along with its super en-suite bathroom and king size bed, its the perfect place for couples and parents in need of their own private sanctuaries.
Adding to the apartment's repertoire of fabulous space, a gorgeous kitchen with its array of appliances and vast amounts of worktop lends itself beautifully to home cooking while the breakfast nook and seating invites convivial mornings discussing the day's plans over eggs and bacon. Two luxury bathrooms; a family with a large walk-in shower and the en-suite with its bathtub and shower over, are ideal for four guests, so there's no waiting in line for post-beach de-sanding or a pre-dinner freshen up.
Outside to the front of the building, there’s a communal garden to enjoy, and the apartment comes with its own parking which is an absolute bonus. Just a few minutes’ walk away, guests are able to hop aboard the little train on the St Erth line which journeys scenically to St Ives. Here, a host of lovely eating out options are on offer as well as the town’s culture-crammed shops, pretty harbour and iconic Tate art museum.

Emerald is perfectly located and the views are incredible. Emerald is a comfortable apartment and a great base for exploring this beautiful part of Cornwall. There are good restaurants, takeaways and supermarkets within a short distance and we would highly recommend Becks Fish and Chips, particularly for Coeliacs as their gluten free fish and chips are a real treat. Its also very convenient to be able to walk to Carbis Bay station and catch the train to St. Ives, so good to wander around the town and enjoy lunch or coffee and cake. Kerry was extremely helpful with a couple of issues we had on arrival - please note you do not need a parking permit for your car anymore! We look forward to our next visit to Carbis Beach Apartments.

We have just returned from another fabulous week at The Emerald apartment. The location is just wonderful Views to die from and sea views even from bed! Great showers and loads of natural light and space. Comfiest huge sofa & well equipped kitchen. Lovely housekeeper Kerry who quickly responded to/sorted a few issues we encountered upon arrival. Parking on site & the option to pay for a second space is a huge bonus. We had great weather - first week of May, but our balcony didnt get the sun. The cleaning needs more attention and cushions & covers on the single beds need deep cleaning/replacing to maintain the high standards here. Washing machine/dryer so useful, especially as we like clean towels daily. Seeing the train pass our kitchen window always brings a smile to our faces. Friends love everything about the Emerald too. Very adult orientated. Highly recommended, but beware the prices fluctuate hugely from week to week and some of the best weather can be in the cheaper weeks. Wed like to spend Christmas there one year. Love how close to Carbis Bay beach and hotel this accommodation is. Sunday lunch at the hotel (window seat) is a beautiful thing! Reasonably priced too. Book well in advance though.

Its great to hear that the showers were excellent, and the apartment was filled with natural light and space. The comfiest huge sofa and well-equipped kitchen surely added to your comfort. Kudos to Kerry for her prompt response in addressing the issues you encountered upon arrival. Good housekeeping is essential for maintaining high standards. Having on-site parking and the option to pay for a second space is indeed a significant bonus Mays great weather must have enhanced your experience, even if the balcony missed the sun. Youve rightly pointed out that the cleaning could use more attention, and the cushions and covers on the single beds need maintenance, the passing train outside your kitchen window sounds charming! Adult-Oriented: Its interesting that The Emerald caters to an adult audience. Price Fluctuations: Being aware of price fluctuations is essential, especially when planning a stay. Spending Christmas at The Emerald sounds like a delightful idea! Its good to know that the accommodation is reasonably priced. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.
