The spacious double bedroom opens onto a private sea-facing balcony, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the bay. There is also a second en-suite bedroom featuring a single bed and a pull-out bed, ideal for families or additional guests. The open-plan living area is designed to maximise the incredible sea views, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, with a dining area perfect for enjoying family meals after a day at the beach. The apartment also includes a family bathroom with a bathtub.

Spend your days down on the sand and in the water, explore the coastline, then unwind with sundowners on the balcony before watching a movie together. At the front of the development, the beautifully landscaped shared gardens offer stunning views of the sparkling Carbis Bay waters. The lush lawn is bordered by wild grasses and palm trees, creating a peaceful retreat. Just 5 minutes from your doorstep, the South West Coast Path invites exploration, while the beach is only a 10-minute walk away. Ideal for outdoor adventures, the sheltered bay has something for everyone, whether it’s building sandcastles, wading in the shallows, or enjoying stand-up paddle-boarding and kayak safaris. A short walk will take you to St Ives, where you can wander through streets lined with galleries, browse boutique shops, and enjoy a seafood lunch beside the harbour. It’s a 30-minute stroll along the South West Coast Path or a 5-minute drive. Alternatively, hop on Carbis Bay’s charming single-track railway and take in the fabulous coastal views.

The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this. 
    Alternatively, a one-off, nonrefundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £30 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.

    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (If your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Travel cot and highchair: Both available upon request. Please add at time of booking if your require either for your stay
    Wi-Fi: This property provides free Wi-Fi for our guests. There may be occasional variations in speed and performance due to factors outside of our control. If you're planning to work during your stay, we suggest bringing a Wi-Fi dongle as a backup
