Guests can spend time relaxing in the manicured communal gardens which lie to the front of the property, or enjoy a short stroll to the golden sands of Carbis Bay Beach and the scenic coastal railway that links the town with nearby St Ives. An exceptional base for exploring the beaches and towns along the beautiful St Ives Bay coastline, The Sands is perfectly placed for coastal escapes in Cornwall. The South West Coast Path lies within easy reach, offering scenic walks and sightseeing. Nearby Hawkes Point is within easy walking distance, with sweeping views across the bay that make it a perfect photo spot. From here you can continue to Porthkidney Sands or follow the route along the coast into St Ives, soaking up the natural beauty along the way.
A short drive brings you to Hayle’s estuary and the miles of golden sands of The Towans where you can surf or sunbathe to your heart’s content. St Ives is easily reached by car where its own fabulous beaches, independent boutiques, art galleries and excellent restaurants await you. Closer to home, Carbis Bay Hotel offers several fantastic dining options as well as the luxurious C-Spa, where you can unwind beside the pool or enjoy a relaxing treatment or massage.

Alternatively, a one-off, non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £30 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.

A very well equipped apartment in a prime position overlooking Carbis Bay. Very clean and tidy with everything you could want for a week relaxing by the coast. Parking is easy onsite ant the block of apartments are well maintained. Some feedback from our stay: The beds are small doubles and if you are used to a King Size you will struggle. Not enough coat hangers for a full week's stay for 2 people. Lack of privacy in the main bedroom as you can see in from the road. No wall mirror in the en-suite. The remote control in the lounge doesn't work properly.

Apartment 18 the sands is in a perfect spot in Carbis bay it has views of st ives and the lighthouse the apartment is beautiful it has everything you need and is spotless it was hard to leave we could just have moved in permentley
