Overview
Amply equipped to handle even the most complex of foodie creations, the newly fitted high gloss kitchen is a dream to cook in, with the large living/ dining area creating a light-filled and welcoming place for socialising and relaxing. The apartment’s two bedrooms consist of a fantastic master bedroom with its own gorgeous en-suite and a second luxury double with plenty of storage space, so that busy days of exploration are followed by nights of deeply refreshing sleep.
Torre Abbey Sands lies just below Vernon Court and can be reached by a small footpath that leads from the building down to the seafront. Here, visitors can enjoy hours of sandcastle building and sunbathing; with calm, clear waters just right for a refreshing dip or a leisurely paddle. A variety of wonderful restaurants line the seafront, serving everything from posh burgers to simple salads and seafood, and for a scenic stroll (to burn off some of those calories), there’s none more enjoyable than a walk along the promenade which meanders between the town’s vibrant gardens on one side, and the yachts and boats in Torquay’s pretty marina on the other.

Stunning views but unfortunately you are paying for the views due to the steep hills which is not mentioned in any reviews so if youve got elderly parents/children or people of a certain age you will have to take taxis from the seafront to get back up , which over a week is a very expensive cost on your holiday . Cant complain too much about the apartment apart from location and needs a complete refresh due to Crack ceiling in one bedroom and no vent for the second bathroom and light over the top of the bath, which was I kept banging my head on which was annoying. The apartment is very comfortable and the beds are great. on arrival your first impression is not good as there are filthy dirty steps going down to the apartment which could do with a clean and rubbish from the bins
