Tactile soft furnishings, potted palms and pieces of art in the living room juxtapose the minimalist white colour scheme and gloss marble floor. Sleek units, granite worktops and industrial light fittings in the kitchen feel high-end and bespoke. The kitchen’s central island doubles as a dining area for sharing everything from breakfasts to suppers and also makes an excellent spot for savouring a glass of bubbly or home crafted cocktails. The master bedroom is sumptuous and airy with crisp linen adorning an enormous bed, and the property's fabulous bathroom comes complete with a freestanding ultra-deep bathtub and spacious walk-in shower.

Famed for its palm-tree lined seafront and idyllic marina, Torquay is one of the three towns that make up Torbay and is within easy reach of all of the area’s best beaches and attractions. Towns like Brixham and Dartmouth are within just a short drive away as is the rugged beauty of tor-strewn Dartmoor. Torquay abounds with good places to eat including Michelin star The Elephant which is just fifteen minutes’ walk from the property, and Pier Point for a lazy lunch with marina and promenade views. There are gardens to stroll through at Torre Abbey, and woodland walks to explore at nearby Cockington Country Park, which is also a great spot for a Devon cream tea.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £200 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.

    The beautiful living space is open plan with the kitchen and features three large windows with their own seating areas. Two Beech armchairs with matching footstool and small side table sit to the left of the room and create a viewing point from the sliding door which opens to a glass-balustraded Juliet balcony. In the centre of the room is a huge picture windows and this area features a contemporary leather two seater sofa with upholstered footstool / bench. To the right of the room is the entertainment space which has a large 65 inch flat screen smart TV, two two seater leather sofas and a matching upholstered leather footstool. Amazing sea and bay views are showcased through this area's sliding glass door which also opens out to a Juliet balcony with glass balustrade.

    Amply equipped and open plan with the living room the contemporary kitchen features sleek units and a generous central island, all with granite worktops. A range of large and small appliances are provided which include a fan-assisted electric oven with grill, a glass induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Various cookware including pots and pans, utensils, and crockery are also provided

    The gorgeous main bedroom is furnished with a luxury king size bed and slatted headboard with reading lights as well as a dressing table and chair. A large built-in wardrobe with mirror doors provides plenty of storage space.

    The superb high-spec bathroom features a modern, freestanding bathtub with mixer tap and a separate walk in shower cubicle with rain head attachment.
