If you're looking for complete relaxation in the most tranquil of settings, we can't think of a better place to be than at Top Meadow Lodge.
Set on a farm in the charming village of Georgeham near Braunton in North Devon, Top Meadow Lodge offers stylish accommodation in a wonderfully picturesque location.
The fabulous decor of this property is complimented by the views outside, taken in through the floor to ceiling windows in both the living room and master bedroom.
A large master bedroom with its king size bed provides a sumptuous retreat from the outside world and the en-suite bathroom which is beautifully designed has a walk-in shower and a huge bath – perfect for a long, relaxing soak.
At the centre of the home is a lovely, well-equipped open-plan kitchen – ideal for home cooking; and with so much excellent local produce available in the area you’ll be eager to whip up a few Devonshire inspired creations.
To the front of the lodge there's a decked patio where you’ll discover a bubbling, private hot tub tucked away under the eaves - the best place from which to soak up the tranquil atmosphere and completely unwind, whatever the weather.
Top Meadow Lodge is pet-friendly, so if you'd love to bring your four-legged friend along on holiday you'll find an enclosed garden at the back of the home. And for a really good outing for both you and your pooch you'll enjoy some of the best local dog-walking beaches just a short drive away.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £50 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning needed. This deposit will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
Pets: 2 pets allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the bedroom areas

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.

I had a lovely stay at Top Meadow . The lodge was well equipped and everything was good quality, even the saucepans. The bathroom was particularly good , large and warm. The garden was also enclosed and perfect for my dog . It was in an idyllic position and was quiet and very private . Wonderfully dark at night and I didnt see any neighbours only sheep. Because if its rural position, the lanes to get there are narrow . However that is what makes it so quiet . There are lots of places close , the coast path and Tarka trail all great places to walk . I wish Id stayed longer and its definitely somewhere I would return .

We had a wonderful stay at Top Meadow. Home from home, catered for everything you would need. High quality fixtures and fittings. Spotless! The hot tub was a perfect addition and the enclosed garden was perfect for our little four legged friend. The location was great, easy walking distance to the 2 village pubs who were welcoming. I would definitely recommend this lodge.

This was exactly how it looks. The secure garden was excellent for 2 labs. The place was 5* luxury. Its not huge but perfect for the 2 of us. The hot tub was great, used every evening but also they came & cleaned it every day. Short walk to 2 village pubs, although by roads they are very quiet. The Rock Inn was fantastic food & service. Good walks all very detailed in the folder. Great customer service. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much for a very relaxing stay.

Great lodge with all the facilities you need. Lovely touches like dishwasher tablets and kitchen roll provided. Makes life much simpler! Beautiful surroundings and secure fenced in area for the dog. Loved the hot tub! The pack of Information provided by the owners was excellent and told us everything from the best pubs to where a vets was in case needed. Would stay again.

We had a 4 night winter break at March End in Georgeham. Georgeham is a small village located between Croyde Bay and Woolacombe. There are a couple of pubs and a small village store around a 10 mins stroll from the lodges. The biggest town close by is Braunton which has a good selection of places to eat drink and shop {big Tesco}. This is around a 10 /15 min drive. Go via Croyde as the sea views on that road are fantastic. The lodge was of a fantastic standard,modern design,great quality furnishings etc. The bathroom was huge and had top quality fixtures and fittings. The bath alone must have cost 2K! Underfloor heating throughout which worked brilliantly. All mod cons in the kitchen,literally a home away from home. A nice touch was providing dishwasher tablets,cleaning sprays etc.....all the little bits you forget to take! It also gives no excuse for people not to keep it clean. Outside the is a great deck which is covered,seating at one end and a hot tub at the other! Even though it was January we used this every day and loved it. Its set at a constant 38 degrees....bliss. The lodges are positioned in such a way that you are not overlooked at all. The garden is fully fenced in ,so taking the dog was not a problem. We liked that it is advertised as being dog friendly and it actually is! Not some scabby old lodge with old furniture in. We enjoyed going out and exploring Devon/Cornwall knowing we were going back to such fantastic accommodation. Just book it.

This is the third time we have stayed at Top Meadow and we love it. Always so clean and comfortable and so close to two gorgeous beaches at Croyde and Woolacombe. Georgeham also has two fabulous pubs, the Kings Arms and The Rock Inn. The hot tub adds to the relaxation and the enclosed garden is perfect for our dog. Always sleep so well on the North Devon coast. Such value for money too, whats not to love!

Lovely stay

We visited for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect And the accommodation was comfortable and quiet. We really enjoyed the hot tub it was a lovely addition. Overall, the lodge was very clean however the shower required some extra cleaning as there was mould around the bottom. The latch on the gate outside also required some attention as it was broken and was difficult to shut and as it had a dog it was important it was closed. I would definitely return. Thank you ??

The lodge was very comfortable and had everything we needed, the welcome gifts were gratefully received. The downside of being the end lodge was that the hot tub was more exposed to the elements and in the bad weather meant that there was no shelter to be able to use it. If a higher wall behind it could be created then the protection from the elements would be better, otherwise the stay was great.

Fantastic stay again at Top Meadow. 2 years on the trot, has seen us have the best and most relaxing week. Nothing disappointslocal area, pubs, beaches and walks amazing. Putsborough Beach is 5 star and away from the northern end of Woolacombe bay and monster crowds. Coming back to the lodge every night is a pure pleasure with 5 star facilities and great hot tub. Well be back again!!

Absolutely lovely lodge, exactly like the photos, but only better! Very clean and tidy and in a perfect location. Had lots of privacy, there are 3 lodges side by side but plenty of bushes/shrubs/grass in between so you have privacy in the hot tub and garden. Would absolutely stay here again, beautiful.

Stayed for a weekend escape could not ask for more. The garden enclosed so perfect for your pooches to run around in, and private to boot. Hot tub isnt overlooked and perfect after a busy day. A short walk into Georgeham and youll find a couple of dog friendly pubs that serve amazing food and service. Particularly the Rock Inn. Overall theres was nothing bad to say about this location and would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.

One of the nicest lodges weve ever stayed in! Location was stunning and we loved watching the sheep and lambs as the sun was setting! Really comfy lodge with everything you could need. We were gutted we only found the dressing gowns as we were leaving!! We took our dog and we really appreciated how secure the garden was. We have never stayed anywhere where we can completely relax knowing the dog cant go anywhere but Top Meadows allowed us to do this. Thank you!

Great location and amenities. Fully secured garden for the dogs but could do with being a little higher for the more athletic hound that likes to be nosey. Great surroundings just a shame there are no footpaths or walk's nearby. Quick response to any queries we had. Would I recommend it? Yes definitely Would I go back? Possibly but this is only because of the lack of walks and footpaths nearby.
